For Clients

Browse trainer profiles, filter by specialty, price, location and availability, then contact your chosen trainer directly to book sessions. Every profile includes certifications, client transformation photos and real reviews.

Yes — searching profiles, reading reviews and exploring packages is completely free. There are no sign-up fees for clients. Pricing is set individually by each trainer.

Many trainers on TrainerUniverse offer remote coaching via video call. Use the "Remote" filter on the Find a Trainer page to see coaches who train online.

Every profile lists the trainer's certifications, issuing bodies and years of experience. Client reviews and transformation galleries give you a real picture of their coaching style.

You reach out directly via the Contact button on their profile. From there you agree on schedule, format and pricing with your trainer — TrainerUniverse facilitates the match.

For Trainers

Click "Become a Trainer", register with your name, email and specialties, and you'll land on your dashboard. Complete your bio, photos, packages and previous work — then publish when ready.

Under "Pricing" in your dashboard, add as many packages as you like. Each has a name, description, session count and price. Mark your most popular package to highlight it on your profile.

Your profile starts as a draft — only you can see it. When you're ready for clients, toggle the Publish switch in the Profile section of your dashboard.

Yes, at any time. Changes to your bio, photos, packages and availability are reflected on your public profile immediately after saving.

Clients leave reviews directly on your public profile page. Reviews display the client's name, star rating and written comment — they cannot be deleted, which keeps your reputation authentic.
